I found my way to Dr. Kullman’s practice after quietly - and unnecessarily - suffering from prolonged depression and anxiety. My decision to finally move forward under his care proved to be a game changer. Finding the right provider was key for me. The fact is, novel approaches to treating mental health have been sidelined for decades. But right from the start, I could see that Dr. Kullman embraced innovative approaches tailored to my individual needs. I can even identify three specific reasons why working with Dr. Kullman turned out to be a smart move. First, his knowledge base is extensive and, crucially, he communicates it clearly and steadily. As someone who does my own research before beginning any treatment plan, I find Dr. Kullman to be a user-friendly resource who is willing and patient enough to educate me on the details I want to understand better. Nothing is complicated. He it makes it straightforward and digestible. Second, Dr. Kullman stands out for his responsiveness and availability. He was able to see me quickly when I requested an initial consultation. He continues to respond promptly when I reach out with questions or to schedule a virtual visit. He’s also accommodating of my busy work and family schedule. Rarely have I met a physician who is as accessible as he is (and no, I'm not being paid to write any of this LOL!) Third, I feel consistently confident in the treatment plan that he prescribes. It turns out that effective treatment of mental health issues is as much an art as it is a science, and he skillfully — I would say intuitively as much as empirically — balances both. Now, I can’t say that I felt better right away. There was definitely some necessary trial and error in making sure that my treatment delivered reliable relief. But relief did arrive, and much more quickly than I’d imagined. From Day 1, I have felt I was in good hands. In sum, I’m happy to recommend Dr. Kullman to others who are in need. Even if you think you’re not ready to improve your health and well-being, just do yourself a favor and shoot him a message to get his opinion. Or, if you’ve already been thinking that treatment might help you, then it probably will. Dr. Kullman’s practice is worth checking out.

Doctor Kullman I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and the work you’re doing. Under your care I am no longer staying in bed for weeks. I am a productive, happy (I have not experienced that emotion in a very long time) man that is able to drop the mood stabilizers, unnecessary SSRIs, unnecessary anti-anxiety medication, and am able to live my life now without being put in an “numbing haze”. I am able to live my life and actually enjoy it! I thank you for this. You have liberated my mind from all of the SSRI, SSNRI, antipsychotic, mood stabilizers and all of the other junk. Dr. Kullman is the water in the desert for people struggling with TRD. He understood me. He asked about my familiarity with ketamine therapy. I am on my 14th antidepressant in my 32 year battle with depression. I told Dr. Kullman what I had experienced before with ketamine and he understood. He got me back on ketamine therapy after a 4 month break due to previous ketamine Dr. left practice. I don’t know how to describe it but the feeling that your life was “turned back on” is how I felt. He designed a treatment protocol for my ketamine and it changed my life. I went from existing as a non-depressed person just being thankful for the absence of depression. I never felt joy, or excitement, or drive. With ketamine therapy under Dr. Kullman’s guidance I have a positive outlook on the future for me. There is a difference between living with depression and having depression that is being treated effectively. I have a whole new perspective. The sky is the limit. I’m finally able to experience joy, happiness, and excitement for the first time in 32 years. Dr. Kullman is a Godsend. I can’t say enough great things about him. He’s amazing !

I had an appointment with Dr. Kullman recently, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire process stress-free Dr. Kullman listened to my needs, addressed my concerns with care, and provided exactly the support I was hoping for. His approachable demeanor and expertise put me at ease right away, and I left the appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. Dr. Kullman is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, all you could ask for from a doctor. It took only a couple hours for him to reach out from the moment I expressed interest, and I had a personalized treatment plan right away. I’ve tried other ketamine providers in the past and none were as fast, Knowledgeable and professional as Dr. Kullman. I highly recommend.

I called Dr Kullman and left a message. I was seeking treatment for a broken back, caused by a fall from a 15' roof. I received a quick callback and Dr Kullman was able to arrange for treatment in the same day. Excellent personable service!

1 month of treatment = cheaper than 1 infusion at all the clinics you can find & call them yourself, 1 month of treatment. Dr Kullman = enhanced quality of life versus these places only offering infusions or sometimes IM. Cool, Dr Kullman will still treat you for the month several times to do responsibly per prescribed instructions to go safely do at home. Safe enough to & cheaper. Call, flexible appt. pay & have med shipped to you. What more is needed to help yourself from there? Here’s more of my thoughts and insightfulness I’ll share next below: Best doctor hands down —I’m doing at-home versus infusion in clinic treatments that cost thousands for “6 sessions & do boosters, you’ll be cured” approach almost everywhere elsewhere. I got back home from finalizing out of the Army & my time served was in Colorado; left back to Pennsylvania: July 2023. Good provider there, helped me leave with three month supply of treatment to find another provider to pick back up where I left off, or similar. Luckily, found better than my last provider. It took 1 1/2 years to find Dr Kullman, but that’s okay. No more “sorry we only do in-clinic treatment for thousands of dollars to cover 6 treatments total, we can help finance this; helps but at a nonsense price for average income or above, still not interested. I am blessed to say: Doctor Kullman’s approach now is similar w/ improvement being type of treatment can vary to your needs, and I’m more satisfied just starting over 1 1/2 years later, with progress as soon as starting versus months in, & I paid less than the cost of 1 infusion at the cheapest clinics you can to call around and find. I have follow up care w/ instructions ahead of time, knowing what to expect for a cost that can decrease the following month, and effectively finding what works best -I’m a patient and he’s treating me per my needs that I report back to him with, not a 1 size fits all or 1 type 1 price fits all. Also my meds were not a problem to stop me from treatment. Be open please it’s for safety not “disqualifying”.

Dr. Kullman is one of the most compassionate and understanding doctors I have ever encountered in 40 years. I have severe TRD, PTSD, Fibromyalgia, and spinal injuries that made me a perfect candidate for this type of treatment because of the overlapping issues and comorbidities. Dr. Kullman totally understood me as a patient and while the process is very intense, he and Robin are there to help you through it should there be any need. I felt totally safe and taken care of in the best possible way you could ask for medically speaking. For the first time in my life, I feel like I can possibly lower or complete cessation of conventional medications such as benzodiazepines, opiates, and other medications. In terms of pain, I’ve never felt more pain relief. In terms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I’ve never felt this level of comfort or improvement in the quality of life. Thank goodness this treatment is now part of medical practice, because this can save lives and improve lives and the mental health and general wellbeing of anyone suffering from these conditions. I truly believe in this medicine, and I really want to thank Dr. Kullman for his work. This practice is as good as you can possibly get or ask for in my opinion. I sincerely hope anyone who suffers from these issues sees this and at least tries it to see how amazingly therapeutic this truly is. Thank you.

Dr Kullman and Robin are an excellent team and really provide a wonderful experience and environment for those with afflictions this medicine can help like no other. After my first treatment I was really impressed but after my second I realized “this is my medicine.” Robin is always there to answer questions and I couldn’t feel more understood than by Dr Kullman, which is important going into these treatments. If chronic debilitating issues can be ameliorated by ketamine , I highly recommend Dr Kullman.
